What you'll learn in this ballet class:
Enhance balance, mental concentration, physical coordination and grace through ballet style positioning, stretching, core-strengthening and movement control exercises.
We welcome both dancers with a background in ballet as well as those with no prior experience. Ballet Techniques is an opportunity to learn and develop the fundamentals of ballet while gradually building to more advanced progressions.

It was fun, but DEFINITELY not a beginner's class. It moved very fast because everyone in there knew all the ballet terminology already while I was having to just copy what I saw as best as I could.
