What you'll learn in this botanical drawing class:
In this Watercolor Botanicals Workshop, you will play with real foliage, study textures, light and shadow. You will learn the skills to render plants and other botanical elements in detail. This workshop is suitable for artists of all levels, whose work will focus on the different uses of varying brushes, shape and form, as well as multiple painting techniques needed to create beautiful, ever-changing, and unique horticultural portraits of fruits, flowers or roots, whilst enjoying and being inspired by fragments of nature.
In this 2 hour workshop you will learn:
Material requirements: A supply fee $15 will be collected by the instructor on the day of the workshop.
