What you'll learn in this health class:

Learn how to box and train like a boxer.

Our Central Park Boxing and Bootcamp class has everyone raving! "So intense, fun and invigorating. I am always excited for bootcamp!" says Diana, a long time client.

In this group boxing bootcamp-conditioning class, you will:

Get in shape through proven boxing conditioning
Improve your endurance
Learn how to spar (for those that dare)
Partner up with a boxing buddy
Enjoy your workout

You can expect a tough, fun workout which includes pro boxing instruction, conditioning, and interval training. Classes are taught by real competitive boxers and personal trainers.

Boxing Gloves are supplied for the first class only. The school offers bulk discounts on all boxing gear after your first class.

Classes are held at Bethesda Fountain in Central Park.

Refund Policy

If someone pays for class in advance and can't make it, they can do a makeup anytime they want when class is in session. We will refund if we cancel class.
