EFT is a technique based on the acupuncture or acupressure points, however, unlike those two practices, E.F.T. can easily be practiced by everyone, including kids, because it does not use needles or massage.
Instead, it simply uses tapping while focusing on a traumatic event or a belief or fear that we want to release. This releases the negative energy from our body.
EFT Level I Certification
E.F.T. is also the core of a more complex technique called TFT (Thought Field Therapy). T.F.T. started when Dr. Callahan, clinical psychologist, had a patient with severe water phobia– a simple bath or a rainy day would be a major challenge for her. Even after a year and a half seeing this patient, there was only little advancement.
One day during their session she felt digestive discomfort and Dr. Callahan guided her to tap the point where the stomach meridian used in acupuncture begins, under the eye, while she shared about her phobia. She got instant relief from the phobia feeling comfortable around a swimming pool and almost going for a dive in, even though she didn’t know how to swim.
Source Technique™
When you take EFT Training in REIKI Wellbeing, you can also learn the Source Technique. The Source Technique helps you get to the root of a problem in a faster way!
This course is available for "remote" learning and will be available to anyone with access to an internet device with a microphone (this includes most models of computers, tablets). Classes will take place with a "Live" instructor at the date/times listed below.
Upon registration, the instructor will send along additional information about how to log-on and participate in the class.
A great deal of time and expense is invested into the preparation and organization of each class. It is difficult and oftentimes impossible to recover costs and/or find a student to replace a cancelled registrant and so our cancellation and refund policies reflect this.
Registrants who cancel with at least 8 business days notice prior to the event or beginning of the program:
Cancellations made less than 8 business days of the event or session forfeit a refund.
However, we understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances do happen. As such we offer the courtesy of transferring your tuition to a different class within six months of the originally scheduled class with:
Cancellations made less than 2 business days before a class or healing session forfeit a refund and cannot be rescheduled.
Short notice cancellations and no-shows do not give time enough to offer the place to someone on the waiting list, so the fees paid cannot be refunded or transferred. All digital access/deliveries are final.
A class or session can only be rescheduled a maximum of 2 times, after that, the tuition is forfeit. The maximum number of late notice cancellations from a student (even if for different classes) is 3 times. After that, I understand I am not that student’s teacher. In order to create a comfortable and safe learning environment for all students, REIKI Wellbeing reserves the right to dismiss any student that exhibits any inappropriate behavior or tendencies disruptive to the training.

In the event that an instructor or the school needs to cancel at the last minute, students will receive a refund less a 5% non-refundable registration fee.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
