Guaranteed to tone you up while maximizing endurance! This class is not for the beginner spinner.... be prepared for Tara to push you to your limits!

Motivating and assisting people in making healthy and positive lifestyle changes is Allison’s specialty. With a ten plus year career as a CASAC rehabilitation counselor she knows that to transform the body one first has to discipline the mind. As a group fitness instructor she believes motivation and endurance come from within…but a rockin’ playlist helps too! She has been a fitness instructor in NYC for the past three years and is Mad Dogg Athletics certified. Allison is now a certified Personal Trainer with AFAA and is available for private training sessions!
