What you'll learn in this health class:
This is a 30 Minute version of a our Fitness standard. If you are brand new to cycling or a veteren rider who needs a refresher, then this class is for you! We'll offer special attention to each and every student in class, while focusing on drills, technique and most importantly, making sure you are set up on the bike correctly and comfortably.
Refund & Cancellation Policy3 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel less than 3 hours before the scheduled class, you forfeit your minutes. No Refunds or Exchanges less than 3 hours before class.
