Students highly praise the classes at The Elements of Wine describing them as informative and fun. They particularly appreciated the instructor's balance of knowledge and engaging lecture style, making wine an accessible hobby rather than a pretentious one. The environment was elegant, which complemented the extensive introduction to wine tasting and food pairing. In addition to the theoretical knowledge, students were allowed to practice their skills by tasting several wines and small snacks for food pairing. Furthermore, students also appreciated the opportunity to ask questions and obtain additional information after the class. Overall, they could walk away with a good understanding of wine, its pairings, and an invigorated respect for The Elements of Wine. 1. "This was an excellent introduction to wine tasting and food pairing! Andy was so knowledgeable, but more importantly, he was an engaging lecturer and an accessible teacher." 2. "We tasted 6 wines and were welcomed with a glass of prosecco to sip on as he talked. There were very small snacks to demonstrate the food pairing and we had the chance to ask questions downstairs in the store afterwards." 3. "Our instructor was informative and fun and it was such a great class. So much information to learn and he did a great job."
