What you'll learn in this health class:

This kickboxing program will teach you practical self-defense skills and powerful kickboxing strikes while increasing confidence and disciplines in all aspects of life. It's the best combo of group exercise with personalized instruction that will make you look like a pro in no time!

Each class starts with a 20 minute warmup that features circuit training that boost your cardio and strength. Then, you'll mix it up with a variety of exercises and drills to help turn you into an urban warrior. You'll have the chance to channel your frustrations into hitting heavy bags or working with a partner with kick shields and punching mitts.

They have three Manhattan locations: Upper East Side, Upper West Side, and Tribeca.
