What you'll learn in this macaron class:

Class will discuss preparation and baking and students will make her/his own 30 macarons, a real hands-on session.

A very special class. Class will discuss the theory of the macaron, preparation and baking. In addition, participants will enjoy a free macaron tasting and free hot beverages in a relaxed atmosphere with our very own Parisian chefs Olivier or/and St├ęphane.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

A 100% refund, less a $20 service fee, will be given if the refund is asked no later than 7 days before the class. No refunds will be issued otherwise, unless the class is canceled by Mille-Feuille. In this event, 100% of the class cost and fees will be refunded.

I think the class to be just with 8 people. The chef was very good at explaining what needs to be done. We gets to hand on rolling and folding throughout the class. very engaged. last but not least the croissant came out really perfect (maybe not in the chef's opinion).. !!

Amazing course!! Such a nice teacher, location, and recipe. So recommended, a great way to spend a Saturday afternoon.

This was a great class! I had so much fun, the class was a good group of people, the instructor was very good at explaining and helping us learn every step of the process. ...Not to mention that the croissants were delicious! I will definitely tell my friends to take this class and I hope to be back for future classes!

This was a great class! Loved that it was a small class. Olivier was so nice and helpful. I learned so much. I would highly recommend taking this class if you want to learn how to make them the way they're supposed to be made!

Loved this class! M. Dessyn was a very good teacher. Macarons can be quite tricky in a home kitchen but I believe I now have the confidence and skill to give them a try. The bakery itself is lovely and the space where the class held comfortable and more than adequate in size.
