Susan Ellis

Teaches at Astor Center

Susan Ellis holds the Level III award in Wines from WSET and is currently pursuing the Diploma. She is the Director of Education at the Savannah Wine Institute, a WSET approved wine school. She is also a Certified Sommelier with the Court of Master Sommeliers and a Certified Sherry Specialist. Susan’s passion for wine began as a consumer and she is a committed and fervent teacher who wants everyone to feel comfortable and confident when speaking about wine.
