Yiftach Zamiri

Teaches at Krav Maga Experts

From 2004 to 2008 Yiftach Zamiri served in the IDF as Head of Krav Maga Combat Division and as the Chief Officer of the IDF’s Krav Maga Training Division. During his military service, Zamiri commanded diverse training courses, such as the IDF’s Krav Maga Instructor’s training and Krav Maga Instructor’s course to the Israel Prison Service. In 2008, Zamiri was appointed to train Krav Maga at the Israeli Navy Seals (Shayetet 13) as a training officer. 

During his service, Zamiri partook in two special Krav Maga programs; the Discovery Channel and the History Channel during this year. Since 2009, Zamiri has trained, led and established numerous projects and units throughout the globe. His diverse experience includes Krav Maga instructor trainings of the European military and law enforcement units. He managed and instructed intervention, counter-terrorism and Krav Maga courses to police and military personnel. Such unites included the SWAT, Riot Control and VIP Protection in Mexico, Africa, Europe and India. He has been a team manager and a security guard for a country president. He also managed the Krav Maga department for top private Israeli security company. Today, Zamiri joins International Krav Maga (IKM) in New York to expand the world’s leading Krav Maga training force.
