What you'll learn in this tango class:
6 hours Tango intensives are meant for people that wish to dive into Argentine Tango and start dancing right away.
Classes take place on Tuesday and Thursday, 6:30 – 9:30pm.
There will be short 10-15 minutes break mid way through the session. You need to take both days to complete the full program.
This course is meant for people who either never ever danced Tango or took few classes long time ago or took few lessons quite recently but are not sure what they know or if they are ready for next level. It’s good to take this course to put all your information in order. You gain the necessary vocabulary and learn all the basic movements to be able to easily follow the explanations in Intermediate course.
You will learn all basic elements: points of connections, embrace, walking in parallel system, walking outside partner left and right, basic to the cross, ocho cortado, rebound in line, side rebound to the cross, ochos forward.
Besides step you will learn what’s most important in Tango: connection, lead and follow, basics of improvisation, body language. No partner necessary.
