What you'll learn in this tennis lesson:
Our curriculum is designed for the aspiring novice adult tennis player living and working in NYC metro area who is looking to experience the enjoyment, fitness and camaraderie that come from learning and playing tennis. We designed our program to help develop your swing technique (bio-mechanics), movement (situational drilling) and improve point play to help players learn tennis, meet new friends and improve one's health and fitness.
In our program we promote an ethic of self-discovery
in our students. At each learning stage we present the essential concepts then run supervised drills that allow you to experiment and make adjustments to your swing until you've found the right feel for hitting the ball. We want you to have those "ah-ha!" moments at every stage of your development.
