What you'll learn in this health class:

Tantra, a combination of the Sanskrit words tanoti(expansion) and tryati (liberation), is an ancient tradition that includes a range of practices that help us expand our consciousness to connect with the universal intelligence and then to bring that awareness into our lives so that we can live our daily lives in a liberated, peaceful and joyful state … our true nature. In this workshop, we will learn a variety of tantric methods, including: healing mantras (sacred chanted syllables), yantras (mystical diagrams), pranayama (breathing practices), visualization, meditation, and kriya techniques to purify our mind/body from negative thoughts and emotions that limit us, allowing us to open to divine inspiration and joy.

For Single Evening Events, Series, Half-Days and Mini-Workshops, Walking Tours, Single-Event Webinars or O’Cast™ Recordings, there are no refunds or course credits for these offerings.

For Full Workshops, Ongoing Courses and Webinars and Online Courses:

Refunds are available minus a processing fee* if you cancel up to 11 business days prior to the first day of the program.
Course credits are available, minus a processing fee* if you cancel up to 3 business days prior to the first day of the program.

*The processing fee for cancellation is $15 for programs costing less than $250, and $35 for programs costing $250 and up.

No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations less than 3 business days prior to the first day of a program, or if a student does not attend a program. The estimated refund processing time is two to three weeks.
