Tuesday Nov 19th, 4:30pm - 5:30pm
Classes start with warm up movements and breath awareness to prepare you for yoga postures. The heart of each class is a sequence of postures that stretch, strengthen, and balance your body. Each class ends with deep relaxation and meditation. Class levels range from gentle to vigorous.
Wednesday Nov 20th, 6pm - 7pm
This class teaches you yoga postures in a way that you are totally supported and safe. Yoga bolsters, blankets and blocks are just a few of the props you will be using to allow Yoga to do you. This class is a great class to experience the numerous benefits of yoga with no stress or worries that you are going to hurt yourself.
