If you want to level-up your analysis skills and learn a new way to process, analyze and visualize data, join us in this introductory class and learn the fundamentals of R.

Takeaways
  • A basic understanding of R syntax
  • Perform basic data manipulation and calculations with reproduce-able code
  • Learn to visualize basic data
  • How to use common SQL query frameworks to make light work of complex, real world problems

Question from anonymous
Hello, I'm interested in signing up for the Introduction to R class tomorrow, February 14th. I am brand new to coding, and do not have any prior knowledge on the subject. Will I still be able to take this course and benefit from it/understand the concepts being taught? Or is there a more basic introductory course that you would recommend?
Answer from Brenda L. CourseHorse StaffCourseHorse Staff
The most introductory classes are the "Introduction to..." classes and program. This workshop is right for you if you are: - Proficient in Excel up through Pivot Tables and VLookups or Index Match - Proficient with SQL, Python, SAS, SPSS, STATA or some other programming language Hope this helps!
