Please feel free to send a friend in your place if you cannot attend and it is within one week of the class as no refunds will be available. All classes also have a non-refundable, non-transferable 10% fee for the operational and administrative costs incurred by The Chopping Block. This service fee will not be refunded and cannot be transferred in the case of any cancellation.

We had a wonderful class with a great instructor. The only thing that was weird was that when we checked in it showed that we hadn't paid, but we had signed up and paid through Course Horse.

I wanted to take this class because of my curiosity about making bagels and thoroughly enjoyed it! Chef Leia and assistant (sorry her name escapes me) were wonderful, informative, and fun! They even allowed us to go a little off topic which enhanced the experience. We learned how to make bagels, cheese blintzes with blueberry sauce, cucumber dill salad, and smoked salmon. Loved the salmon so much I couldn't bear leaving without a stovetop smoker (wish I could've left with one of those KitchenAid mixers as well but hey). I highly recommend this course and The Chopping Block! I'm signed up for another course and hope to do more!
