Description

What you'll learn in this bread making class:

Learn the basics of working with yeast doughs and the art of properly shaping and baking them to perfection in this hands-on class!

Menu: 

  • Cinnamon Rolls with Cream Cheese Frosting 
  • Gruyere-Stuffed Crusty Loaves
  • Roasted Garlic and Herb Naan
Skills covered in class:

  • Mixing yeast dough 
  • Understanding ingredient functions 
  • Using different flours 
  • Kneading Understanding preferment 
  • Shaping dough 
  • Successful proofing 
  • Griddling 
  • How to tell when bread is done

In this hands-on class, students will be paired in groups of three to five and work together as a team to prepare the recipes.

Refund Policy

All classes have a 4 business days cancellation policy, except Culinary Boot Camps which have a 16 business days cancellation policy.

You must email us at [email protected] to cancel an existing reservation, but please note the 15% service fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

If you cancel within 4 business days, you will not receive a refund or credit for your class, but feel free to send a guest in your place. Our credit card refund policy is 90 days. If your purchase was made prior to that, you will receive an account credit, not a refund to your credit card.

Please note:

  • All virtual class sales are final.
  • All virtual students will receive a recording of the class within 48 hours of the class.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

    The instructor was excellent. She was most knowledgeable about the subject matter and was able to express it in terms that were easy to comprehend. She was patient and entertained all questions from the class. I feel that I have a much improved understanding of the baking process. I am glad that I took this class and would recommend it highly to anyone interested in learning the fundamentals of bread baking.
