What you'll learn in this cheese making class:

Join Home Cheese Maker Linda Conroy as we focus on 2 styles of cheese (Cheddar & Gouda) that you can easily make at home. Participants will be guided through the process of making each cheese, with a focus on details.

From curd to press, you will be inspired to go home and try these yourself. Making a “home” cheese cave will be discussed and participants will leave with recipes, cultures and bottle of rennet to get them started. Samples will be provided during lunch and during the presentation.

Refund Policy
A full refund will be given for any classes that TRI cancels. For 2-3 hour classes a full refund will be given if a cancellation request is made up to 48 hours prior to the class. A refund for full day or weekend courses will be offered up to 1 week prior. Please email us at [email protected] to let us know of your cancellation request.

If you have registered for the class, do not show up, and do not communicate your absence prior to the class, then you will be charged the full class fee. Instructors are compensated for teaching so it is important that we respect their preparation and teaching time.
