What you'll learn in this cooking techniques class:
Cooking meals in a crock pot and utilizing French ovens is an excellent way to meal prep for the week. But did you know that many of the foods that are ideal for slow-cooking also happen to be the most budget friendly? We'll teach you how to make slow-simmered, falling-off-the-bone comfort food in this demonstration class. Generous tasting portions of each dish will be served.
Menu:
- Beef Bourguignon
- Braised Chicken Tinga Tacos (Tomatillo, Chipotle and Tomato-Braised Chicken)
- White Bean and Smoked Ham Hock Soup
- Chinese BBQ Pulled Pork with Steamed Rice

All classes have a 4 business days cancellation policy, except Culinary Boot Camps which have a 16 business days cancellation policy.
You must email us at [email protected] to cancel an existing reservation, but please note the 15% service fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
If you cancel within 4 business days, you will not receive a refund or credit for your class, but feel free to send a guest in your place. Our credit card refund policy is 90 days. If your purchase was made prior to that, you will receive an account credit, not a refund to your credit card.
Please note:
- All virtual class sales are final.
- All virtual students will receive a recording of the class within 48 hours of the class.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
