What you'll learn in this mexican cooking class:
Stop by on your lunch break, and enjoy some muy sabroso Mexican cuisine. We will start promptly at noon, so please arrive a few minutes before class starts.
January 17: Butternut Squash and Roasted Poblano Tacos
Recipes include: Butternut Squash and Roasted Poblano Tacos; Tomatillo Salsa and Chips.
January 24: Beer Battered Fish Tacos
Recipes include: Beer Battered Fish Tacos with Chipotle Guacamole; Jicama Slaw.
Join us for a fun and casual cooking demonstration in the heart of our retail store! You'll be surrounded by top-of-the-line cookware and our globally diverse wine selection, which is available for purchase and enjoyment during class.
Pull up a stool, and enjoy watching one of our talented chefs! You'll have the opportunity to take notes and ask lots of questions.
All demos include a tasting of the prepared food, and a copy of the recipes.

Refund Policy
A one-week notice is required for cancellation of any class. If you do not cancel by telephone at least 1 week in advance of your scheduled class, we will charge your credit card in full for the class. Please feel free to send a friend in your place if you cannot attend and it is within one week of the class as no refunds will be available. All classes also have a non-refundable, non-transferable 10% fee for the operational and administrative costs incurred by The Chopping Block. This service fee will not be refunded and cannot be transferred in the case of any cancellation.
Please note: all virtual class sales are final. All virtual students will receive a recording of the class within 48 hours of the class.
