What you'll learn in this seasonal cooking class:
Oh no … it's actually happening. The end of summer is fast approaching, and we're gearing up for shorter days, longer nights, cooler temperatures, colorful leaves, and sweatshirts. Not only is the weather going to change, but also the way we're cooking is too.
A Marché cheesemonger will take you through all of the cheeses you will be using with Chef Robin tonight, pairing fresh fall produce and fruits, like squash, sweet potatoes, and apples with enticing cheeses for tonight's seasonal offerings.
