Wine Making

Amazing experience. Love it. Will deff be going back.

This was such a fun class! We learned about wine making while sipping on wine and then got to make our own with the kit we purchased. I'm excited to go back and bottle the wine. I'd recommend this class to all wine lovers.

Really fun class and the instructor was very knowledgable.

I'd love to rate the class five stars, but it was canceled twice and needed to be rescheduled. The first time it was through Coursehorse, which helped find another date that worked with our erratic schedules. The second time BevArt canceled it. This caused many confused emails from both entities and a call about scheduling from BevArt after we took the class! Also purchasing the ingredients before class was a bit confusing, and in our case doubled the cost of the class. This was not a deal-breaker but it would be good to know before purchasing the class. As far as the class itself, it was a blast. Greg (the boss) holds a wealth of information and presents it in an informative yet casual way. The staff at the Meadery, where the class takes place, are all helpful and friendly. It's a new business in a brand new building, so they aren't yet 100% organized. Also the room's acoustics are tough at present. The roar of people at the bar side enjoying themselves could be heard over Greg's info several times. These factors are temporary though, and would not deter me from recommending this class to anyone interested in having fun while learning and making a lot of wine. You'll also be able to drink some along the way!

This was my favorite coursehorse class yet. So informative, and at the end of the process (still need to go back for racking and bottling), you get to bring home two cases of wine that you made!!! I would recommend this class to anyone who loves wine.
