What you'll learn in this meditation class:

Worry can be a vicious cycle, unrelenting in the effect it has on your mind and emotions. It can prevent you from falling asleep and cause ongoing duress. Whether it is compulsive negative thoughts, fear of missing out, or anxiety, changing the cycle is a true relief.

Find out how to overcome worry using techniques such as meditation and mindfulness to gain a deeper understanding of how to deal with the triggers.

Discover the meaning behind worry according to leading philosophers, Jungian archetypal symbolism, and positive psychology with soul searching spiritual questions. Find out how you can rewire your brain to program more positive than worried thoughts.

Gain confidence in your ability to let go of worry and the hold it has on you to acquire grace and ease in your every day life and put an end to worry.
