In this cooking class kids will discover the world of fresh egg pasta as they learn about different ingredients, prepare dough, practice kneading techniques and form their own shapes. In this first class kids will mix soft flour (double zero), eggs, oil and salt and they will roll out the dough and form different pasta shape.
A wholesome snack (such as focaccia or fruit) will be offered halfway through the class and kids will learn basic Italian words and phrases. Each kid will leave with a recipe card, so they are ready to recreate the experience in their own kitchen.
