Escape to the healing embrace of nature's sanctuary as you discover the ancient practice of Japanese forest bathing. Immerse your senses in the calming energy of the forest, reducing stress and boosting your immune system. Join us for a serene and mindful walk, followed by a tranquil tea ceremony using native plants.
Inspired by Shinrin-yoku, Japanese forest bathing refers to the practice of immersing all of your senses in the healing forest to reduce stress hormones and increase immune function. Connect with forest life around you through mindful activities on a gentle walk outside, typically covering less than a mile, and ending with a simple tea ceremony using native plants. Dress for the weather, as class will be held in light to moderate rain.

Refund requests must be submitted to [email protected] 2 business days prior to the program’s start date and time. The registration fee will be refunded less a 15% processing charge. A refund is issued in the form of a credit on file (to be used for future programs).
Refund requests submitted less than 48 hours prior to a program start date are non-transferable and are not eligible for a refund.
Fees are nonrefundable and nontransferable on and after the program’s start date. We cannot refund fees requested on or after the start date of a program or for sessions missed due to student illness or other personal situations.
Registration fees for courses grouped and priced as a series will be considered one program and subject to all of the above guidelines. A refund request must be received prior to the start date of the series' first class session and will subsequently cancel your registration in every session of the series.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
