Brainspotting is a diverse healing tool that can be used to experience trauma healing, release emotional blocks, and enhance creativity and performance, and in some cases, pain management.
It is a powerful approach for creating change and healing at the neurological level by focusing on where a person is looking.
People who have experienced Brainspotting have reported results such as being more present in their bodies, a reduction in anxiety and depression symptoms, increased self-awareness, and the release of old emotional blocks.
Brainspotting uses the most current neuroscience in conjunction with focused-mindfulness eye placement, bilateral sounds, and dual attunement to support the healing process.
In this introduction to Brainspotting, find out about its history, the brain/body science of what happens during a Brainspotting session, and the three legs of Brainspotting. Be part of a group experience of Brainspotting and observe a demonstration with a volunteer attendee.

Refund Policy
Classes are non-transferable. Any refund request must be made within 15 business days of the first class of a course. A 5% processing fee will be applied towards refund requests.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
