Chef Felix has taken NYC by storm with his creative desserts and his twist on old classics. Chef Felix has worked with the likes of Coppelia NYC, The Black Ant, Temerario, and other resaturants as a consultant and Pastry Chef. He is also opening a pastry shop in Brooklyn, NY called Delicias Urbanas. He is a yearly participant at the Food Network-Food and Wine Show in NYC and a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, France. He also teaches at Star Academy on W14 street New York City.
