Chef Joanna is trained at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, France and has over 10 years of experience in international culinary field. She has worked at a variety of bakeries and restaurants in the Los Angeles area where she has practiced and honed her cooking and pastry skills. She has also taught private classes (health focused) to children and adults at Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village.
I enjoyed myself, but I did think that the instructions were rushed and a little unclear.
