  The class was taught by a chef who has a talent for teaching. This was a lot of differet dumplings to learn and everything was organized well to give the maximum hands on opportunity , which I like in a hands on class. Any student had ample opportunity to be involved or to relax and watch the goings on. I would recommend this class.

  We would prefer it if there were less people so we were able to do more cooking.
