Instructor was really nice! But class size maybe felt a little big as there was little individual help/ instructions as some students went ahead to next steps before the rest of group or commanded all the instructors attention with lots of questions leaving some of us a bit lost and behind in the process. Overall ended up a fun day and tasty cheese but wasn’t sure if we were doing it ‘right’ and would have loved a bit more help!
Class was fun and the teacher was informative and was there to teach technique and answer all of our questions. I wish the class was in a kitchen setting and not a hotel lounge.
It was a lot of fun !! Melody was very informative, patient, and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend for any occasion.
Was a little disappointed at the location of the class. I expected it to be in a proper kitchen setting and not a hotel lounge where one had to walk distances for supplies or where others may be seated nearby making noise. Wished the location was better stocked with paper towels, container lids etc. For such a location I felt the price was steep and I expected more.

It was great! Melodie was a nice, knowledgeable, and upbeat instructor who helped us create the most delicious mozzarella! Definitely recommend for anyone!
