The teacher seemed nice, but all she did was open Tupperware and stir it together. Nothing was demonstrated. No cooking, no chopping, just a demonstration of how to open Tupperware and mix a salad.

You don't get to make the salads, so the "create" part of the description is misleading at best. There was also no wine, no bread, and no real demonstration. The cook just showed up with the salad ingredients already prepped, and mixed them together in a bowl in front of the class. I'm furious.
