Jack is a recently certified yoga teacher that’s very excited to start his teaching journey. He started regularly attending yoga classes after graduating high school in preparation for his first year of training at The Theater School at DePaul University. What started as a pursuit to improve his physical acuity became a necessary daily practice geared towards calming anxiety and gaining a grounded sense of clarity. His style is based in his background as an actor, focusing on body awareness and reaching a meditative flow through linking breath and movement.
