Lydia Loizides has always been passionate about leadership development. Last year, she launched GGGrit.com, a platform that seeks to challenge the tools of the last century. Her history is in entre/intrapreneurship, having been fortunate enough to have been employee number 8 but never higher than 62. With two exits, an IPO and a joint venture, she has learned to know what she don't know. In her spare time, she runs, reads, and raises the next generation.
