Ms. Santa Lucia has spent over 20 years in the retail, restaurant, health care & education environments She is a certified Food Safety Sanitation Manager Instructor in the State of Illinois as well as The City of Chicago . In addition. she is a passionate and certified instructor of Serv/Save Food and Alcohol Training, B.A.S.S.E.T.T., NEHA and TAPS safety training. She is a member of the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals, The Illinois Restaurant Association, (IRA), The National Restaurant Association(NRA), The International Association of Food Protection (IAFP), and The Hyde Park Chamber of Commerce. 

She and her staff will provide you with the latest safety and regulatory information to enhance the safety of your environment and increase profitability of your business.
