How it Works
Description
Travel to Valencia, Spain with this classic recipe for Paella. This quintessential Spanish dish is usually made on Sundays over an open fire. Learn how to make this simple recipe infused with saffron, smoky chorizo, chicken, and aromatic vegetables in a matter of hours. Wow your friends at your next dinner party with this beautiful family-style dish!
No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don't already have them in your home kitchen. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who is happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).
Other Notes:
- Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. Outside drinks are not allowed.
- This event is semi-private. It takes place in a hotel or restaurant, your group is exclusively seated but there may be other patrons around in the venue.
Event Itinerary
- Guests will arrive and be greeted by the chef/instructor, and may order any drinks they’d like to have during the class (purchased separately).
- The chef/instructor will introduce themselves and give some background information on what will be cooked or prepared.
- You’ll then split into groups of 2-4 and each group will be given step by step instructions by the chef/instructor
- You’ll get to enjoy your creations and are welcome to hang out at the venue and continue to order drinks or food!
