Each cooking team will dive into a bin of curious ingredients, such as chestnuts, wasabi greens, golden beets, carrot juice, or fava beans, and use them to craft a unique signature risotto. Our chef-instructors will serve as judges to determine the winning group, making it a terrific team-building activity that combines culinary expertise and creativity. In addition to the competition, indulge in a delectable menu that includes Crostini with Peperonata + Whipped Ricotta, Roasted Lemon-Rosemary Chicken, and a refreshing Tuscan Kale Salad.
