What you'll learn in this crochet class:

2024 is the Year of the Dragon! Take your crochet skills to the next level with this cute dragon. While reinforcing what you already know, we will focus on developing new skills: reading both narrative and graphic patterns, color combining, consistent tension, attractive joins, and more. The size of your dragon will be determined by the size of the yarn that you choose, so if you'd like to experiment with a different weight, this is your chance.

Materials:

Pattern: purchase on Ravelry prior to start of class (copyright Heidi Bears Designs)
Yarn: approximately 1000 yards of main color and 400 yards of at least 3 coordinating colors
Polyfil stuffing
Plastic safety eyes

All supplies but polyfil are available at The Knitting Tree LA for 10% off

Tools:

Crochet hook: 2.75 mm for DK or light worsted (larger or smaller with other yarn weights)
Yarn needle
Curved sewing needle
Long tapestry needle
Stitch markers

Prerequisites:

Intermediate-advanced crochet skills
This is NOT a class for those who need to learn to crochet.

Refund Policy

We do require a 4 business days advance notice for cancellations. A 5% non-refundable processing fee will be applied for refund requests.
No refunds, partial or full, will be given for cancellations made less than 4 business days prior to the start of the event.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
