Description
What you'll learn in this italian cooking class:
The glorious Italian staple, Risotto, demystified and made simple by Chef Darryl Wash. Learn the basic techniques to create perfect, creamy results every time. Tonight, join us on Zoom to learn how to make the classic Risotto Milanese.
BLVD will have a limited number of companion Risotto making kits available for purchase at our Pop Up. The kit is not required for class, but it may save you a trip to the grocery store!
Class will meet on Zoom. We will email you the class handout, including the recipe, ingredients, and equipment list, no later than 48 hours in advance.

Refund Policy
Classes are non-refundable, but you may request a transfer into a different class, provided you give us at least 3 business days notice.
We record all classes, so if you do wind up missing a scheduled session, we will be sure to get you the video and recipe.
Classes are subject to rescheduling or cancellation, based on enrollment levels or conflicts that arise for our instructors. If your class is impacted, we will be in touch right away to provide you with a refund or a transfer into a different class.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
