Description
Certified Sommelier and Bordeaux Master Dane Kuta guides you on a two hour in-depth journey in the study of Bordeaux wines. As you immerse yourself in all things Bordeaux, you’ll master the intriguing history of the region, hear amazing stories of Bordeaux history, and enjoy some of the most esteemed wines in the world.
Learn to accurate identify a wine based on its sight, smell, and palate characteristics using a deductive approach. Taste varietals from around the Bordeaux region, including both famous areas terms the Left Bank and the Right Bank. Beginners and pros alike will enjoy this entertaining and engaging class. Six (6) wines tasted.
This course falls under the Communication and Critical Thinking Institutional Level Outcomes (ILOs).
Upon successful completion of the class, students will be able to:
- Accurately identify a wine based on sight, smell, and palate
- Develop the ability to differentiate various varietals, styles, and regions of Bordeaux
- Learn the history, style, and varietals grown in the Bordeaux wine region
Materials fees in the amount of $25 will be collected by the teacher at the time of the first class
Refund Policy
Refunds must be requested at least 6 business days prior to the first class meeting. You can email us at [email protected]
- A $20 processing fee is charged for each class refunded.
- No transfers.
- No makeup sessions for missed classes.
- Registrations are non-transferrable.
- Refunds are issued within 2-4 weeks after request is received.
If we cancel a class we will notify you and a refund will be issued.
No refunds are issued for the Makeup Artistry program and Swim Lessons.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
