This class will focus on a deductive tasting approach: actively identifying a wine based on its sight, smell, and palate characteristics using an industry-standard deductive approach. We’ll learn what aromas are commonly found in white and red wines, the types of flavors that wine produces on the palate, and how to describe or review a wine. We’ll also discuss wine faults, quality levels, and production methods that influence the characteristics of the end product.
Beginners and pros alike will enjoy this entertaining and engaging class.

Upon successful completion of the class, students will be able to:
