What you'll learn in this agile training:

During this three-day course, attendees will gain an in-depth understanding of the role and responsibilities of an RTE in the SAFe enterprise.

Through experiential learning, attendees will examine the RTE role in a Lean-Agile transformation. They will learn how to facilitate ART processes and execution, coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in new processes and mindsets. They will also learn how to prepare, plan and execute a Program Increment (PI) planning event, the primarily enabler of alignment throughout all levels of a SAFe organization.

Prerequisites

The following prerequisites are highly recommended for those who intend to take the SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification exam:

Hold at least one current SAFe certification
Have launched or participated in at least one ART and one PI

Educational Credits
By attending the 3 day RTE course you will earn 20 PDU’s/SEU’s that can be applied towards further educational goals. To claim credits a code is provided by Scaledagile.com

Refund Policy

All cancellations or date changes must be made at least 11 business days prior to the course start date or will be subject to a $150 late-move/cancellation fee.
No-shows or same day move/cancellations are non-refundable.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

In the event that an instructor or the school needs to cancel at the last minute, students will receive a refund less a 5% non-refundable registration fee.
