Pole: Extreme Stretch & Pole Conditioning
The Choreography House @ 13131 Sherman Way, North Hollywood, CA
With pole dance and tricks in mind, this class will build strength, increase agility and develop muscle memory. This class will combine contortion techniques and conditioning training to enhance a variety of pole dance movement. Extreme stretch will work on both active and passive flexibility and pole conditioning will focus on the whole body: arms, legs and core, both individually and combined.
