SuzE Q began her Kundalini Yoga practice 15 years ago and immediately fell in love with the intense mind, body, spirit connection it awakened within her. Since then she has studied under the senior staff at Golden Bridge Yoga and completed Level I Teacher Training in 2007 for KRI certification. In 2013 she completed Mind & Meditation Level II and Khalsa Way Prenatal Teachers Training. Now crossing over from the entertainment industry where she serves as a professional dancer, choreographer and much more for Madonna, Pink, Justin Timberlake, Cirque Berzerk and others, SuzE Q brings her unique charisma, compassion and acute body awareness to Kundalini Yoga instruction. Her classes are geared towards pushing through the boundaries of the mind to awaken ones true potential.
