Living the life of a ballet dancer from a very young age Veronica was constantly faced with self-judgement, fierce competition, and constant criticism. Through her Asana practice she reconnected with her spirituality. Through her Pranayama practice she slowed down, meditated and found self love. Through Mantra she found her voice and individuality. Yoga keeps her grounded, healthy, and happy.
