She is an artist, author and the founder of Sublime stiching. Since taking up embroidery in the summer of 2000 with new approach Jenny has become an internationally recognized fine artist and designer with works appearing in Vogue, Nylon, Lucky Rolling Stone, The Face, Juxtapoz, The New York Time Magazine and others. She is an award- winnning author of seven titles on embroidery for Chronicle Books. And her drawings and works in embroidery have been exihibited and published internationally. In 2012, Harts embroided work La Llorona became a part of the permanent collection of the Smithsonian American Art Museum.
