Candis has been dancing since a young age but didn’t take her first technical Dance class until she was a sophomore at Illinois State University. She was encouraged to audition for the dance major after only taking two dance classes. With determination and hope Candis became a Theatre major with a focus in Dance Performance. Learning elements like stage lighting, stage makeup, and costuming was super exciting for Candis. All of those things got her interested in putting together events where all these things are considered. With training in Ballet, Jazz, and Modern Dance she loves expressing herself through lyrical movements.

Not only can she teach Pole, Lap, Twerk and Sexy Stilettos But she loves teaching Self-empowerment workshops! Dance is her passion and helping to empower others is her purpose. Take class with Candis if you want to be uplifted and get a great workout in.
