Ryan Cadaret

Teaches at West Los Angeles College

Ryan Cadaret has a Masters’ in Kinesiology and is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist. He’s worked with athletes from junior high schoolers to professionals and his client list includes 6 MLB All-Stars, 1 Gold Glove Winner, 4 World Series Champions, 1 AFL MVP and 1 AFL Rookie of the Year. A collegiate soccer player, Ryan participated in the (an) Olympic Developmental Program for the United States Soccer Association from ages 12-17. He also served as Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Arizona Rattlers, and is Head Trainer/Performance Coach of Elite Performance Training, located in Chicago and Los Angeles. He wants his students to leave with confidence they can train someone without him there, and when it comes to personal training, he says “to know it and teach it, you must practice it.”
