1. The course was at Santa monica college. there are 2 campuses. None of the info you sent me gave the address to the specific location. The morning of the class i was a half hour late once i found a janitor on campus who called a campus staff member to ask about the class. It would be helpful if you included a precise location for the classes AND a phone number to reach a live person in the event of something like this. 2. The class i took was "Computer basics, word and excel". I spent the first 3 hours of the class with the teach literally teaching the class what a mouse was and how to set up an email address. In order to sign up for this class, you have to go online so I'm pretty sure we all know how to use a mouse and have an email account up. This class was NOT called "introduction to computers" however that seems to be exactly what we got. It was a waste of money and time. Clearly, you let just about anyone teach a class and I have lost my faith and will not be a returning customer. Extremely unhappy customer and will be fighting for a full refund of this scam class.
Mara T. gave this class 5 out of 5 CourseHorse stars.
The instructor was terrific. I expected (and would have appreciated) more time spent on the Excel portion of the class.
