Updates COVID-19:
Most all classes except for Studio and Flash are offered as online Webinars when/as needed, until COVID-19 is no longer a concern. Students can request this option at any time during the course.
There'll be a 48 hours refund policy for any courses starting after Mar 12, that need be canceled due to COVID-19.
Original cancellation policy (non-COVID-19)
We have a 24 hour notice (from the time of payment) no-questions asked refund policy. If you believe you are unable to commit to your booking, please notify us within 24 hours and we'll issue an immediate refund.
Customer support
While we work around the clock for updates and innovations, our phone customer service support will be more limited than usual. However, our email support will be available for longer hours, typically until 10:30pm. We appreciate your patience while we transition.
To any in person visitors
Please note that rooms are fully sanitized prior to classes. We ask that you wipe your hands we sanitizer posted at the door, and use the bleach wipes provided to sanitize any objects that you come in touch with.
